Delete Your Account from the App
You can delete your Pivio account directly from the app by following these steps:
- Open the Pivio app.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account will be permanently deleted.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Data that is deleted
- Your account information (username, email address, password)
- Your profile picture
- All messages you sent in group and event chats
- Your attendance records and confirmation responses
- Your contacts and nicknames
- Your push notification tokens
- Your language preferences and app settings
Data that may be retained
- Groups and events you created or participated in may continue to exist if other members remain. If you are the sole admin, ownership will be transferred to another member. Groups with no remaining members will be deleted.
