Built out of pure frustration

I've been playing in friendly football groups for years. And every single time it was the same story: five different WhatsApp groups, a mix of polls in some and a thread of "I'm in / I'm out" messages in others, no one knowing if we had enough players, who was bringing a ball, or whether the pitch was even booked.

I built Pivio because I wanted a dedicated space for football organisation — one where everyone in the group has the same information, responses are organised, and there's zero ambiguity on match day. No more chaos. Just football.

Absolutely. Pivio is built for people who play with multiple teams. You can belong to as many groups as you like, each with its own members, events, venues, and chat.

How do players join a group?

Every group has a unique invite code. You simply share the code with your teammates and they can join instantly.

Can I try Pivio without creating an account?

Yes — you can join as a guest to explore the app. Guest accounts are limited: you can join existing groups and respond to events, but you can't create groups or events. This keeps things safe for existing members. You can upgrade to a full account at any time.

Can I use Pivio for other sports?

Pivio is designed for football, but the football-specific features (like ball tracking, pitch type, and surface) are optional. The core tools — scheduling, attendance, group chat, venue management — work for any team sport or even non-sport group activities. If there's a sport or activity you'd like to see better supported, let us know — we're always open to feedback.

What happens to my data?

Your data is stored securely using Supabase in EU-region servers. I don't sell your data or use it for advertising. You can delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
