Group Management FAQ
How many groups can I join?
There's no limit. You can create and join as many groups as you like — each with its own members, events, venues, and chat.
Can I be in the same group as someone from another group?
Yes — groups are completely independent. A player can be in multiple groups with the same or different people. Nothing is shared between groups.
What can admins do?
Admins can create events, manage venues, remove members, promote other members to admin, send vote reminders, and access attendance statistics.
Can I leave a group?
Yes — you can leave any group at any time. If you're the only admin, you'll need to promote someone else before leaving.
What's the difference between a guest and a member?
Guests can join groups and respond to events, but can't create groups or events. This lets new players try the app without full access. They can upgrade to a full account at any time.
Is this free?
Yes — unlimited groups, unlimited members, unlimited events. Everything is free with no hidden fees.
